Each course has been exquisitely paired with the wines of Joseph Phelps Vineyard, culminating in a rare vertical tasting of INSIGNIA. André S. Reid, of Joseph Phelps Vineyards, will guide guests through each tasting experience, highlighting the nuances of each wine, vineyard, and vintage.
