Join Michael and Carolina Ellenbogen at The Copper Grouse for a six-course tasting menu, presented by Michelin-starred executive chef, Nicholas Houlbert. Each course has been exquisitely paired with the wines of Joseph Phelps Vineyard, culminating in a rare vertical tasting of INSIGNIA. André S. Reid, of Joseph Phelps Vineyards, will guide guests through each tasting experience, highlighting the nuances of each wine, vineyard, and vintage.

Amuse bouche
Poached carrots a l’orange, citrus vinaigrette, finger lime, mango and green papaya
First course
Celery and turnip cromesquis, local vegetable broth with lemon grass and fresh herbs
Second course
Raviolis local mushrooms, red pepper ginger condiment, parmesan emulsion
Third course
Glazed Jerusalem artichoke, goat cheese condiment & smoked mousse
Fourth course
Farci turnip poached, burgundy truffle, vegetable glazed reduction
